Registration and accommodation

The registration for Safe Community Conference 2011 is now closed.

All participants should register on-line. All reservations including registration, accommodation and social program should be made on the same electronic registration form. Events included in the registrations fee should also be marked on the registration form. Each delegate must use a separate registration.

Payment is to be processed when registered and by Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard).

In order to pay with credit card, you will need your Credit Card number, valid thru date and 3 digit security numbers at the back of the Credit Card. Visa or MasterCard are accepted.

How to get the Vat repaid

Due to the Swedish tax law a Value-Added-Tax of 25% will be included in all participation fees. If you are a foreign entrepreneur you can ask for a VAT refund to The Swedish Tax Agency. For more information please go to

Accommodation

Full payment for accommodation is required when registering on –line. The accommodation is to be paid in advance by credit card or by invoice/bank transfer when registering. You need your credit card number, exp dat and the 3 digit security number at the back of the card.

Hotels in Falun can be guaranteed until August 1, 2011 and you will book the accommodation on this registrations form. After August 1, there will be a link on the registration form to the local tourist office and their web booking for accommodation.
